even if you were able to download an Acer erecovery software version, you will be facing the same issue, your recovery partition is missing or corrupted or not listed on windows recovery xml file....

Right now they updated BIOS for my E5 575G, but I can't see any changes. Touchpad is laggy as before. Maybe they'll update drivers and it'll finally work..
