My laptop when using went blue screen and just after to black screen. The power light is on and the fan is working. I have tried to reboot by using the side button but it alsways comes back to the black screen. I have contacted windows and they say I should use "MediaCreationTool" so i downloaded to USB key the exe, but when I power up it doesn't read it. The window guy told me that laptops have a key that permits them access the usb, but I don't know what is the key or keys. Thank you
