You can try to reset your PC to factory condition by using the ALT + F10 method, or use your original USB recovery drive, or order your Acer OEM recovery media from the Acer Store.
If the problem still occurs when the PC is factory condition, then it's probably a hardware problem.
You can check your AC charger and make sure you have the correct charger. You can purchase an AC charger from Acer Store or Acer Parts Dept.
