Below is a picture of the vertical lines that cover the entire screen of the laptop. I do not think it is caused by physical damage to the screen, and I haven't been able to find anyone who has similar lines on their screen.
Occasionally when I am using the laptop the lines will just appear on the screen, and the only way I have been able to fix it is to turn off my laptop.
I've had this laptop since January of 2016.
