So I just got a Swift 5 and it froze several times when installing Windows, I wasn't sure if this was just windows misbehaving or not.
It later froze a few times randomly while running windows
Everything is unresponsive - I have to hold down the power button to power off
As I'm not interested in Windows I installed Linux, and now it has just frozen the first time with Linux. So I assume this means it is a hardware problem?
Anything I can try before I send it back?
