Strangely, Task Manager says Virtualization: Enabled, shouldn't I be able to see this in BIOS also? https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/7838 shows my processor supports Hyper-V and VT-x.

No, I don't. The closest thing listed under Acer is Acer Care Center which seems to be concerned with updates and tuning the computer.
