What antivirus are you running ? When you go to Settings>Update>Windows Update and click on Check for Updates, what happens ?

There's two versions of the R3-471T. The Haswell version and the Broadwell version. If you have the Haswell-ULT version, then Acer Care Center unfortunately gave you the buggy Windows 10 version...
