Hi,I think it's OK, it depends on the angle we view the keyboard, top row lights are more visible than lower rows, you need to check them at different angles.

If you click on the BCM20702A0 entry in device manager it should show which driver it is trying to load and what the driver error is. I believe that is a BlueTooth device.
