Hi Surely an Acer problem? It could be the hinge, it could be a broken wire, either way it seems to be a workshop kind of a problem. A loose connector is also possible.

Hello, It's not possible. This series is shipped with an eMMC (onboard) of 32, 64 or 128Gb. No SATA connector or M.2 slot is available.
