You may just want to wait another month or two. The upgrade has been bricking quite a few computers. You can also let it sit a 99% for 24 hrs. and see if it finishes. I have seen a few saying it will.

If does not work you may need to clean out the upgrade directory and try again. There are several messages on the Internet about upgrade sticking at 99%.
