My laptop freezes when i change from balance or high performance to power saving mode. Its unresponsive until it ran out battery charge. I have tried ctrl+alt+del to get into task manager but its still unresponsive. I have to push the on button to switch it off and after that it wont boot. Its stuck on the black screen after the acer logo.
