Thank You for your time... Unfortunately the recovery fails....Only way left for me is to delete the disk data and start again.. Strange thing is that If the hdd fails I can still use unbuntu(installed on my usb flash drive. And so far I noticed that If I keep the laptop untouched for hours/a day or two... It starts normally(though have to reinstall windows....normally as in boot recognizes hdd )
