Hi,
I'm having a major issue with my R3-471t Acer laptop.
When the laptop is plugged in and charging, I can use it for a short while before I get a blue screen telling me about a WHEA error. This happens faster when I try to play a game or use the internet. When my laptop is unplugged and running on battery, this never happens.
This laptop is unmodified. I have never overclocked anything or swapped out any hardware.
I am running Windows 10. I have tried all of the following:
Updating Drivers/Windows Update
Windows Defender Scans/Virus Scans (no virus/malware)
Updating BIOS
Replacing my laptop charger
"Reset this PC" in the Windows 10 Recovery Options
I'm stumped. I have no clue what I should do next. I don't know if I need to replace hardware, update something, or install something. I don't even know how to locate the specfic issue. I've gone through many tutorials I've found through Google Search or YouTube but none of them have brought me any closer to fixing this problem.
I would sincerely appreciate some help.
