Add the Aspire E15 series laptop to the list. Just purchased it brand new from Microcenter. I noticed their display model had the symptoms but took the chance anyway. Got it home and sure enough, laggy as heck trackpad. Turn off 'advanced settings' in bios and trackpad is smooth but no features. What a mess that even thier new laptops have this issue... taking this back and adding Acer to my list of no purchase brands for awhile (along with Lenovo).
