The link below has numerous links with some tips and tricks on how to start over and clean install vanilla Windows 8.1 or TH1, TH2, Redstone1 versions of Windows 10 with rufus in default UEFI mode.
I'm not sure why you were trying to use that Intel Management Engine interface driver as the topic was about someone with Haswell-ULT.
If I were desperate, I would look at this Intel MEI if I had third gen.
I'm also not sure why your computer didn't make the list for the original release of Windows 10 or Anniversary.

Regarding your 20 GB hibernation drive........maybe it's not configured properly. It's my understanding that your 20 GB hibernation drive must be configured in a special manner when you're not using the original factory OEM OS. (See video below). Not sure if the links below apply to you or will help.
