Turning Touchpad settings in BIOS from advanced to basic removed the acceleration but also turn off precision touchpad. It's also very slow without turning the mouse sensitivity very high. The current driver is a generic HID-compliant touch pad driver from Microsoft. I have just tried installing a Synaptics generic driver, it did not fixed the issue.
