If everything else is working properly then the troubleshooting should be of the device and not "everything" just to find the same error.
I'd probably start with Run>Msinfo32>Components (on left)>Network My R3 has an entry with Name ... Intel(r) Dual Band Wireless - AC 3165 and a lot of other information.
Do you have anything like that ?
If not, look for either a device under Network Adapters or an "unknown" device in Control Panel>Device Manager.
