I am trying to use a brand new 24" Samsung HDTV (720p) as an external monitor via an HDMI connection. The device is detected and displays an image. However, my desktop does not appear to "fit". No amount of changing resoultion, etc. will help. I connect a Levono Yoga and do not encounter the same problem. Whats going on? I've also connected the laptop to several other display and encounter the same promble. The laptop has 2 GPUs (Intel and NVIDIA).
