SWIFT 3 - Microphone doesn't work ?

Hi,

I have a SWIFT 3 and have a problem : using the jack connector on the right side, my microphone is not detected by the system when I plug it. Same problem if I plug my headset... It seems that the jack connector is only activated as a sound output right now... 
I know that my microphone should be detected (it works on another SWIFT 3)

What can I do ?
