I have an acer aspire S7-392.
Due to a potentially failing hard disk I have tried a facory reset (I know this will not resolve the hard disk issue). After the reset windows is not activated.
The reset is on 8. I had already updated to 10. Acer support say it is not possible to reset to 8 only 8.1. I would have expected the reset to automatically embed the key but this is not the case either. The sticker fell off the bottom long ago.
