Is ACER going to support Aspire R15 mysteries? My acer please help me? My laptop is possibly a 1.5 yr old machine in which I have been locked out of for approximately 5+month, I am a writer. I am not selling anything at this rate. I loved this machine but I went away for 1 mo and I lost pw and I have been on your site over and over. PLEASE HELP ME
