Thank you. I ended up joining the Geek Squad at Best Buy and was told my Acer Aspire R13 actually has specs to support Windows 10 - contrary to Microsoft phone agent's instructions. Geek Squad fine tuned my computer, and seems better now, though some minor issues still lingering. Thanks.
