Dear all,
I'm currently having an issue with my laptop Acer Aspire R7-572. It was working fine till' I connect a projector to my laptop and BAP...! the problem happened. My laptop went black screen after I plugging in the projector connector. I immediate unplugged the cable I thought the screen will come back but it just went off like that. I tried many ways to start the laptop but nothing happen Laptop fan is not running either).
I tried holding the reset button on the bottom of the laptop and finally I see 2 lights (orange and blue). The blue light hold about 8 sec and it goes off (repeatedly when I press the power button).
Has anyone experience the same issue before? Please! I need help!
