Swift 3 won't wake from sleep by clicking usb keyboard/mouse when lid is closed

Swift 3 won't wake from sleep by clicking usb keyboard/mouse when lid is closed. If the lid is open, usb keyboard does wake the sleeping computer.

Previously I guess there is something in Windows setting need to be changed, but finally I found this is an Acer's "feature"! See below links:

This is definitely a BUG, not Feature. PLEASE FIX IT !
