The problem went away a few months ago, so I don't know what the versions were then. My current BIOS is v1.25 dated 3/3/17. My current Windows 10 version is an Insider Edition, but I'd think the current general release version would be fine since this stopped a few months ago for me. The one I have now is 15063-rs2 release 170317-1834. Below is a list of everything else I have right now:
