this thread is very useful. i upgraded my spin3 with MX300 (CT275MX300SSD4) in the weeked. this SSD was shipped with 2 screws, so there was no issue at all. I failed to create the acer factory backup image but the MS one worked very well. the win10 was actived automatictly and all devices were detected correctly. I donot even use that usb-sata table, just simply deleted the old HDD partition during installation.
