Acer Aspire R3 starts to Acer screen then goes black, repeating this process, help!

I have attempted to restore to factory settings, the process stopped at 62% and then turned off, I turned it back on, it gets to the Acer screen then goes black, this process is repeated.
It has been 3 hours of this.

Please help me!
