Find/turn on Bluelight Shield - S5-371 w/ Win 10

I've just purchased an Aspire S5-371 which so far seems to be a lovely computer. One of the frills that I liked when I was researching the computer was the Acer Bluelight Shield. However, search as I might, I can't find it on my computer. Every resource I've found says it can be accessed through Quick Access however, I can't find that on my computer either.


Is it hiding somewhere on the computer?

Is it possible to download the shield?
Is Quick Accesss necessary to activate it or is it a color profile I can switch under display?
