I came back from vacation, and I booted up my laptop and it wouldn't. It was a black screen and it said the person was expired or changed 4 winload.efi. I also went and looked in the Bios and it says the hard drive password is Frozen. I saw a suggestion about how to reset it for another laptop by setting supervisor password but that did not work. I cannot highlight or enter HDD password. I can get in and select UEFI file as trusted for executing on the hard drive but I have nowhere no idea where to look or what files to choose.
