After i bought this laptop i used it with no problems until one morning i found out my laptop ran slower than usual and the battery keeps remaining at 100% no matter what. after doing some research i solve this issue by using the battery reset pinhole present on laptop. after this i was afraid there was something wrong with the battery so i ran a battery report and the full charge capacity is now 42210 while design capacity is 48910. my laptop is 5 months old is this normal?
