I am assuming that all of you guys are having the same model and it is not Core-i5 version. Right or not?
I'm using mine with Core-i5 and it works perfect with all the updates that I have installed on it.
I suggest contacting the Acer by calling them or emailing them, because they barely respond in this website.
However, I personally do want to know about your laptops a little more, so maybe I can help ((I won't guaranty)).
Please try to help me solve your problems by answering these questions. I want to find a pattern (If there is any) between your laptops:
1. Did all of you guys get the problem after updating the laptop?
2. Did all of you guys get the problem while the laptop was charging or after the charge was full?
3. Did all of you guys get the problem within a day after the purchase?
4. Did all of you guys charged your laptop for 12 hours as a first charge?
5. Did any of you guys noticed the fan working (if yes, please mention how loud was it) before the laptop stopped working?
6. Did the keyboard turned on? (If yes, for how long?)
7. Any special thing that happened with the laptop before it stopped working?
