Hey guys, I am trying to get help from official acer support.
I described our linux issue and provided prooflinks but they just give me unusable info.

I am owner of Acer Swift 3 SF314-51. I and other Swift users dissapointed, because we have the issue:

The issue is that we not able to use linux on the laptop. Are you going to fix the issue by updating BIOS firmware (or somehow)?
It is very important for me, because I don't use Windows.
Linux doesn't work on the laptop and I can't return the laptop to shop (because it is not breaking). And if you are not going to fix the issue I will sell the laptop to somebody. Please just let me know.
