(Aspire S5-371T) some text and icons appear blurry/pixelated

Hello,

I received the Acer Aspire S13 (S5-371T) a few days ago, with a 1920 by 1080 13.3" display. However, certain Windows dialog boxes and other menus appear pixelated/blurry (the text and the icons), such as the Device Manager:

It might be hard to tell from the photo, but the screen is nice and sharp for the most part, except with specific programs like LibreOffice AND with some parts of Windows 10. Device Manager looks a lot nicer on a 15.6" laptop with 1366x768 resolution.

The scaling (Settings App>Display) is at the deafault 150%, and when I change it to 125% the problem seems to go away. But then everything is too small for my liking.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?
