Spin 5 keyboard issues

Hi everyone,

The psychical keybord of my Acer Spin 5 SP513 - 51, is not working properly.

The letters a / f / ; / x / c / n / , / . are not working at all when I press them.

I already reinstall the keyboard driver "Standard PS/2 Keyboard" from the Device Manager but nothing change. And the Internal Battery Reset but nothing.. Any idea whats going on?
