I cannot get the fingerprint reader on my laptop (Aspire S 13) to identify me. I have logged in correctly in the Accounts section, but when I want to open the computer using my fingerprint, it says it can't read/identify me. Am I using the correct place on the touch pad to swipe my finger? I can't see how it can "read" anything, being an opaque square. Can someone clue me in? Thanks!
