Guys, need help with creating RAID 0 array on R7-372T (Skylake) model.

I've tested various methods described in this thread, and always had the same problem - rstcli64 -C -l 0 -n xxx 0-1-0-0 0-2-0-0 command returns same error meessage:

Invalid Parameters.

Cannot create a new volume given disk(s).

Here's rstcli64 -I output (13.2 cli run over 13.2 (downgraded from current) version of driver - safe mode or USB recovery - booted:

--CONTROLLER INFORMATION--

No RAID volumes present (rstcli64 -I -v output = "REQUEST_FAILED: Request is formatted correctly but failed to execute. Could not get Volume Handles")

IRST app under Windows 10 sees both disks operational, RAID enabled; I can even push create button and try to make RAID 0 array, but of course it returns "unexpected error".

What am I missing? Should the disks be RAID - prepared in any way? Does "Pass-through" usage state have anything to do with this? I'm new to general RAID terminology..

Thanks in advance for help!
