Acer Aspire R3 Crashes Upon Start of Boot

Hello there,

My Aspire R3 is crashing within the first 2 or 3 seconds of its boot cycle.

Very specifically, in order to get it to this point I have to be first plugging in the power cable. This causes it to start booting and then crash with a beep. If I hit or hold down the power button it doesn't turn on.

But if I unplug it and plug it back in it will start to boot and crash with a beep.
