New SP513-51-57NP . Windows 10 Anniversary update breaks webcam use. Device manager says: Universal Serial Bus/ Unknown USB Device(Device descriptor request failed). Which driver is reponsible for this error??? My 2-1 Acer had Windows 10 Home edition preinstaled and today i did upgrade to Windows 10 PRO. Still the same problem. What a shame for that team from Microsoft. They called SPECIALISTS.../ In what??? Why you throw on the market such a kind of product INCOMPATIBLE with existing product which are good??? BIG SHAME MICROSOFT. You can go in library and start study again.
