Hi,
Go to start, right click Command Prompt( in Windows system) select Run as Admin, type the following:
ipconfig /flushdns
Then try switching to different dns address, either Open dns or Google dns.
Go to Network and Sharing(right click WiFi icon in taskbar), click your WiFi, click Properties, highlight Internet Protocol version 4, Properties, select use the following DNS address radio button and change the address.
Open DNS: as in my snip
Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 primary, 8.8.4.4 secondary.
