First how to find the processor name:
- Launch the Run command
- Type msinfo32 in the box and [Enter]
- You'll find the processor name in the right column, "Processor'
- Note it and compare with the list of Intel Broadwell processors.
- If it is listed, you have to install the chipset driver (Broadwell) otherwise the other driver.
PS: If you encounter some difficulties, you could give the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.
