First how to find the processor name:

1. Launch the Run command
2. Type msinfo32 in the box and [Enter]
3. You'll find the processor name in the right column, "Processor'
4. Note it and compare with the list of Intel Broadwell processors.
5. If it is listed, you have to install the chipset driver (Broadwell) otherwise the other driver.

PS: If you encounter some difficulties, you could give the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.
