My new Acer spin 3 will not start up Fallout 4 or other newer games.

I just got a new Acer Spin 3 the other day and despite what the specs say, my games from steam that are from 2011 or newer will not run.

At first I thought it was my graphics driver but trying to update it from the device manager tells me I already have the latest version.
Whenever I click start on Fallout 4 or Skyrim both of their launchers work fine but the actual game just brings up a black screen and then crashes to desktop.

I bought this computer to replace my damaged HP but even that ran these games fine.
