It seems there's a bug in the mainline kernel, and a problem with the firmware. Once your installer medium is marked as trustworthy in your efi bios security settings, try to boot your installer medium (64 bit, you don't need to switch to 32 bit) with acpi=off or acpi=noirq and install your linux distro. When your installation was successful, reboot and install the grsecurity / grsec kernel and use that instead of the regular kernel.
