I can't get my Spin 5 to connect to a Verizon Jetpack. When I look at the network list, the computer sees the Jetpack, but when I try to connect I get a message that the computer is "checking network requirements". Nothing happens after that.
I can connect to my home WiFi and the mobile hotspot on my Verizon Phone, but not the Jetpack. I checked for a software update, but the Jetpack reports that the software is up to date.
I was able to connect on my previous laptop using Win8, but not this one.
