Hi Brummyfan2, Thanks for your advise and I did the battery reset. But once the power was connected, the screen did show 'Acer', then will hanging with the message 'Just a moment', it would not restart the process to setup the operating system. PS. It was a new laptop, I was trying to do the startup and setup. Please advise and really appreciated.
