I was using Windows 8.1 on this laptop. I already tried to reset everything and started a fresh installation of Windows 8.1 again. I got stuck here as the monitor got black again during installation several times and now shows a split screen with smaller replica of the installation progress windows (skewed) + Acer logo on the lower part of the screen.
