I am also experiencing the same issue and the part is not available anywhere. Acer phone customer service is of no help whatsoever. My computer has been down for two weeks and I need it for work. I am extremely disappointed with Acer at this point. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I would be greatly appreciative.
